69218 is getting popular and almost take over 649 now days.
Yes I understand, those thick and square frame is very easy to wear and fit for asian face quite well as well.

This is the first time I owen a pair of 69218 clear brown.
Its a bit normal style if you compare with black or persol tortoise.
But still beautiful persol brown color and simple.

I have no idea about the story of these frame though.
And I wont be able to see or find those again for sure.

It seems like these 649 made for someone because there are name in side the temple.

These are one of my favorite persol folding model,
Those are not made reproduction yet.
Its simple but strong impact folding model thats why I love those.
You wont see the from the photo however there are cool detail on the top of the frame has gold metal inside and say RATTI on top.
